Act Like an Adult
We're an adult guild. Conduct yourself accordingly.
Play as a Team
This is a group effort. No selfish behavior that harms the guild or raid.
Handle Conflict Properly
Work issues out privately first. Bring Officers in only if needed.
No Drama
Disruptive behavior, constant negativity, or attention-seeking won't be tolerated.
Stay Informed
Check Discord regularly for raid schedules, assignments, and announcements.
Represent Grim Well
No ninja looting, or behavior that damages the guild's reputation.
Zero Tolerance
Hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal.
The Code Evolves
Leadership may update rules as needed for the health of the guild.
